The terrorist attack caused even greater internal problems for Putin and therefore he needed an alibi and pointing the finger at Ukraine, but one day he would have to explain it to the citizens. This is one of the conclusions of the conversation. Regarding the European Union's rift between climate and agricultural policies, Rangelovic believes that the Union will have to give in and protect farmers.
